The Smithton Squash Club organises regular competitions including weekly graded competitions (2 pennants per year, up to 64 players), annual club championships and regular social competitions (usually 2 per year).

Social non competition squash is also available. Courts can be hired on an hourly basis usually between 6am and 9pm most days.

The Smithton Sports Centre has 4 squash courts, which are used for both competition and social squash.

2011 Schools Program

  • Smithton Squash club will be working in conjunction with local schools to provide a comprehensive introduction to Squash (min 8 year old) and Totball (5 - 8 year olds) in 2011.

  • Squash In Schools Programs, Winter Sports days, and high school programs.

  • These programs will also include free "Come and Try sessions" where both the children and their parents can come along to small group coaching sessions.

  • Children may then join one of our weekly coaching groups to receive a more comprehensive introduction to the sport.
